We live in a culture that tells Black women they must constantly perform, produce, and endure. Radical rest is the antidote, but it is often gatekept by finances.

The Village Fund is a mutual aid initiative and personalized registry designed to dismantle that barrier. This is a space where the community steps in to ensure no one has to heal, transition, or navigate burnout alone. Whether you are setting up a registry so your loved ones can support your upcoming postpartum journey, or you are a community member wanting to financially sponsor someone's healing, you are actively participating in collective care.

Sponsor a Season of Rest

We rely on the power of community to lift each other up. Through sponsorships, you can fully fund the cost of care for a Black woman or expecting family in need:

Postpartum Care Sponsorships: Fully fund a comprehensive postpartum session for an expecting family. Your contribution covers foundational in-home doula care, somatic letdown touch for feeding parents, and hands-on household integration training.

Restorative Touch Sponsorships: Gift a fully funded, non-demanding platonic touch session to any Black woman in our community. This is a profound gift for someone navigating the heavy demands of daily burnout, seeking nervous system regulation, or recovering from major reproductive surgeries (such as hysterectomies, fibroid removal, or endometriosis excision).

How to Participate

There are two beautiful ways to engage with the Village Fund:

Start a Registry: If you are preparing for birth, recovering from surgery, or entering a season of burnout, book a free consultation with me. We will discuss your care needs and set up a custom registry link that you can share with your family and friends to fund your sessions.

Contribute to the Fund: If you have the resources to give back, you can make a direct contribution. Your funds will be used immediately to subsidize or fully cover the cost of a restorative session for a woman in our community.
