Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, grief, or simply seeking the health benefits of human connection, these sessions provide a deeply grounded, boundary-honoring space to receive gentle, nurturing touch.

Large or small community group spaces centered on non-sexual communal touch and nervous system regulation for WOMEN ONLY. These gatherings are deeply structured around learning to listen to your body and practicing how to speak your boundaries, creating a soft space to safely slow down and connect with others. For these events, I host my own gatherings in self-secured spaces like private Airbnbs, or I partner directly with college campuses, established community organizations, libraries, faith-based spaces, and business owners who already hold the physical space where our people congregate, working hand-in-hand with them to build the conscious container.

The Experience

Intimacy is often heavily burdened by expectations, performance, and the pressures of daily life. In this guided, hands-on workshop, I teach couples the profound art of non-demanding, platonic touch. Set in a warm, sanctuary-like environment, you and your partner will learn how to safely and effectively soothe each other’s nervous systems.

What We Explore:

The Mechanics of Rest: Learning how to physically hold, support, and touch your partner in ways that lower cortisol and signal absolute safety to the body.

Decentering Performance: Stripping away the pressure of sexual expectations so you can experience touch purely as a tool for healing and deep rest.

At-Home Co-Regulation: Building a practical, somatic toolkit that you can take home to support each other through seasons of burnout, grief, or transition.

This is not a traditional massage class; it is a beautiful, guided practice in rebuilding intimacy, safety, and mutual sanctuary within your relationship.
